We want our customers to know that all of us at Dolphin Air are committed to the health and well being of our staff and our customers.
To that end we have instituted a few measures that we think will be helpful.
* Our Technicians have been provided gloves, masks and booties which they will ware when they are working inside your home or office.
* When your service is completed your Technician will email your invoice to you via the HouseCall Pro app on this phone. You can then go into your email and pay the invoice with a credit card or by sending us a check.
During the course of your semi-annual maintenance your Technician may recommend replacement of a part which he feels may fail before your next scheduled maintenance.
While we are increasing our warehouse stock levels to avoid supply chain interruptions, we strongly recommend replacing any part(s) that may be prone to failure within the next six months. By addressing things now, it will reduce the possibility of system failure during the hottest part of the year and the need for another visit to your home.
We feel these simple things will add a layer of protection and will help to keep us all healthy.
